Delta A350 Delivery

 

Delta Air Lines has taken delivery of its first A350-900. A Doumenjou/Airbus

Delta Air Lines has taken delivery of its first A350-900.

The aircraft, N501DN (msn 115), is the first A350 to be delivered to a US carrier, which has ordered ten A350-900s.

The A350-900s for Delta are configured with 306 seats, comprising 32 seats in the Delta One cabin, 48 seats in Delta Premium Select and 226 seats in economy.

The Delta A350 delivery is the first of five A350-900 handovers to the US carrier that will take place in 2017.

Airbus has so far received 847 firm orders for the A350 XWB from 45 customers.
